      Depending on your specific program and employer, you may need to learn German. For example, nurses in Germany need to have B2 level certification for German language. Netsmartz Academy supports all candidates in their learning journey and offers courses for learning German as well.

      • You will be earning the same salary as a registered nurse in Germany, starting at approximately €2,300 gross per month.
      • Earn up to €500 extra per month with tax-free shift allowances for weekends, nights, and holidays.
      • You will receive a permanent employment contract.

      Your working hours would typically be between 37 to 42 hours per week. Additionally, you get 26 to 30 paid holidays a year. You can spend your holiday in Germany, fly to your home country, or travel the world.
